At the Chinese Buffet the other day, looking at at poorly-painted attempt to make glass look like a stained-glass undersea theme:
K: "Wow, what ventriloquist painted that?"
Us, laughing.... "I don't think you mean ventriloquist..."
B: "Well, it could have been a ventriloquist. It definitely wasn't an artist..."
Saying goodnight last night:
"Goodnight, Babe."
"Goodnight, Mommy."
"I love you!"
"I love you, too!"
"Did you get my water?"
"Yes, it's by your pillow."
"You're fantastic!! I'd love to lay eyes on you all day long!"
This morning, after sitting on the toilet seat's
closed lid after my Dad had been sitting there:
"Nene! You have a very warm butt!"
I can guarantee I never said that one to either of my grandfathers ;)!
