Off to See the Wizard

Well, it's been a while, hasn't it?

Were you wondering whether K had just stopped saying clever, funny, and insightful things? Nah, of course not! It's just that her Mom's been so weighed down with family madness that she's had no spirit even for documenting the hillarities of her favorite kid in the universe. Now, that's sad, isn't it?

So, getting back into the swing of things, here I am again.

The other night, we took K to the Community Center for our monthly family movie night. The fare was none other than "The Wizard of Oz," and I don't think I have ever heard more questions or comments from K than while watching the exploits of Dorothy Gale. Wow, she was psyched!

Once the movie was over, we clapped and said, "That was a great movie, wasn't it?" K responded, definitively, "Yes, it WAS a great movie. And, tomorrow, I think, we can watch another movie. Maybe Bambi!"

She cracks us up, and people often ask me, "How old is she? Four?" I'm finding that even some of her size 3 clothes are too small, and she's comfortably in some size 4s. Yikes! She's large and in charge, loving life, and living it to the fullest. That's our girl!
